  I was surprised to be recommended to another facility by a staff member and patient. It didn't take long to see why.
  For my husband first visit he walked in with no pain to come out with a toothache that another doctor had fix.
  Not only is Dr Drain unpleasant to have as a dentist. She hires rude, unprofessional and unpleasant front desk staff as well.
  It was also disgusting and disturbing to over hear her staff say how Drain uses certain materials to have patients come back in for more work.
  
  Shame on me for going back after I was warned.
