  I came in because I needed help with my phone and a young man called Alex helped me out and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Would recommend. Great employees. Especially Alex!

  I went here to see if they could help me with a problem with my Metro Samsung phone, unfortunately between the 2 young guys working there, one immediately went into the back and never came back, the one I was left with looked like he probably still went to high school and had no idea about how to fix any problems with phones.. Which I can understand and would have appreciated if he had said "sorry but unfortunately I'm not trained to fix phone issues, here's where you can go to have this problem looked at, or here's a number you can call to troubleshoot it." But watching him pretend to know what to do and take the battery out and put it back in after I told him I just bought a brand new battery, that's not the problem that's what I'm trying to figure out, and then simply say "yeah you're just going to need to get a new phone, there's no way to fix that".. No way to fix the problem which you don't even know what it is? Right. My second instance was a few weeks ago, my boyfriend took me back to this store to get me a new phone for Christmas since I've yet to find a Metro that actually has someone trained to troubleshoot phones. We walk in, probably the first instance in my life around Christmas walking into a store and not a single person said hello, are you looking for anything, can I help you, nothing. Out of the maybe 15 phones in the store, only TWO were live working phones that I could actually see what the OS looked like, what features it had, how it operated. I'd never buy a phone without operating it for a few minutes to see if i liked it, not to mention they're practically nailed to the posts they're on so you can't even see how heavy it is, what the back and case look like, where the camera is located. After that I decided I just want to switch back to Boost Mobile.
