  I currently store some equipment here, 24 hour access and security gate is nice but the door to my storage unit is basically falling apart so it makes me nervous. Asked management to take care of it but they move slow as molasses. For the price going up gradually every couple of months I would at least expect the courtesy of a new door for my unit. Also don't let "climate controlled" fool you, some summer nights end up being cooler outside than it gets inside to where just being in the unit makes you sweat and it's extremely uncomfortable. Not really worth the monthly price in my opinion.
