  I will be driving that extra 10-15 mins out of my way to get coffee and breakfast elsewhere.
  
  There is one guy who works there possibly a manager who is awful in the customer service department. God forbid you ask to have your hot drink poured over ice, he makes a scene in front of everyone stating they don't take special requests.....because they are timed and it confuses the employees making the drink. Even though the guy in front on me who ordered egg and cheese on a croissant with no egg didn't get yelled at for making a special request.....I'm still not understanding why pouring a hot tea over a cup of ice is so difficult to understand....Other DD's do it with no problem as well as other employees when this particular guy isn't working. The consistency is so poor at this location I stopped ordering my simple coconut iced coffee and found something that tastes consistent but is impossible to order without getting yelled at. Unfortunately because of the repeated bad experiences at this location they have now lost several regular customers. Customer service is everything in the food and beverage industry especially when you are dealing with people before their morning coffee.
