  I went to the drive thru(early this year) and i got the food in like 10 seconds after pulling up and the food was dry and had you can tell it had been sitting for a while

  Not sure what happened. When they first opened, they were great. Now, it's always busy, and service isn't the greatest. Maybe with time, this will improve.
